Can't wait til Phi Delt gets their house back, but what happens to SDT? Is AxiD getting a hous anytime soon and where is Lambda going

Yea... Phi Delt cant have parties with alcohol in that house, nationally dry... and Lambda is moving into DKEs house near delt sigs, sig ep, dchi etc

That would actually be pretty cool. They've had their fair share of terrible people (i.e. Joyner and that kid who ran away) but otherwise they're cool kids.
