Obvious ones are:
Sae, fiji, theta chi (lodge), Asig( Manor)
Phi delts is sick but far from heart of campus
DKE if they survive have a unique and huge house
Pike house is just a classic
Underrate houses would be: Dsig ( looks so clean), And TDX ( just moved in but housed top tier houses in the past )

youre missing psi u who probably has the nicest house, they have a mid location tho
phi psi has lambda chi’s old house which has been allowing them to slowly get better
supposedly sig pi is getting the CRMC building next year too, with a remodel would be one of the best locations on campis
