SAE: Most brothers, getting their house back/Renovating it, lots of alumni backing, will be a good, very competitive house in the fall.
Beta: Small, crappy house with an ok location, decent guys, but not great and not like the old Beta.
Phi Delt: Believe it or not has TONS of history at MSU, but their old house (SDTs current house) is in the middle of nowhere and they are a nationally dry fraternity...
Alpha Sig: Renting a house, few brothers, will be a bottom feeder for awhile, kind of like TDX/Phi Psi/ Pi Kapp etc.

SAE: Lots of guys, getting their old house back(Lambda, great alumni/national backing
Social Life: Great, have socials with top sororities every week
Beta: Small group, they'll ride the bottom middle tier train for a while unless they get a really solid pledge class.
Social Life: Poor, they are almost two years old and don't have a full social calendar.
Phi Delt: brand new, doing a decent job at getting their name out there, SDT's old house could hurt them or help them it all depends how they use it.
Social Life: Poor, don't do any socials really. (dry house)
Alpha Sig: Only a year old, small group of guys but get a lot better with each new pledge class, need to get a better house
Social Life: Decent, have socials every week but with the middle tier houses (DG,Pi Phi, GPhi,Skappa)

Beta: Not Accurate, Beta is growing and has about 60 members. They also have middle tier socials weekly.

SAE: more of a Pike or Sigma Chi, will be in the top 5 next year
Beta: kind of like a little brother of Fiji, but will prob be better than labmba in the coming years bc of location
Phi Delta: to soon to tell some awkward guys but could clean that up , could be bottom tier for awhile
Alpha Sig: small amount of brothers but is it improving socially, could be better if they change locations

SAE: If the amount of how much they were over inflated on greek rank counted yeah they would be top 5. But in the really world they will be lucky to be number 8. Harrison no matter how you slice it is a horrible location because girls won't travel from house to house like they do on the east side. Stop self ranking SAE. "But we have x,y, and z" "Soooo?? I'm supposed to be impressed or something." All hot air until fall 2014?
Beta: The only way you can compare them to Fiji and Lambda is academically. Three totally different houses, and you bring up location? Lambda is getting a spot on the east side of campus so the location is equal
