pi phi or g phi?

What are the opinions of G phi and Pi Phi? Which house is better and what fraternities do these houses hang out with? Also if I do COB, Pi Phi's call back is before G Phi's COB event. If i get an offer from one house will I be able to explore another house before making my decision.
