Theta Chi 10 pledges

Theta Chi did COB and still only finished with 10 pledges. These guys keep on falling and falling at this point many of the other houses right below them are even with them and will soon pass them. (Delt Sig, Alpha Sig and Phi Psi) Also see Sig Pi eventually passing them up.
