As everyone always says, pike and sigma chi are easily 1 and 2 but this top 5 is spot on.

Delt sigs are maybe 8th. Snu 6 or 7. Lambda Chi and SAE are both better.

Agree with SAE being a little better, but they are losing 35 seniors this spring, while lambda is homeless (getting a bunch of annex houses?) and had a very small pledge class. That does not come across as a strong house if you ask me.

SAE has done some good stuff and definitely deserve consideration. Glad to see them back on campus. No idea about Lambda's housing situation but they are a quality house, their guys easily put them in the top 5. I agree both are better.
