SPRING RANKS WITH DESCRIPTIONS

TOP:
Axo, Chi-O (both top tier but upper by default because phi, and kkg have fallen so far down the past few years. Mix of average mid girls and above average girls.)

Theta, Sk (Both houses don't really deserve to be top but filling axo's and xo's old spots. No top pledge classes though.)

MID:
Phi, Kappa (their names are the only thing keeping them top mid houses)

Kd, Zeta, Axid (kd/axid have consistent pledge classes but nothing spectacular. They both have been pretty solid the past couple of years. Zeta is falling. Rough pledge class again)

SDT, G phi (g-phi really hasn't been talked about at all the past few years they kinda do their own thing but hold a strong mid spot. Sdt has been climbing, no longer considered a low-tier house. Moved up to mid.)

BOTTOM:
Pi-Phi, Dg (pi-phi has taken a tumble. They are no longer a mid house given their pledge classes lack personality and looks. Dg is still a bottom house that has had okay pledges but nothing to move them up)

Aopi (Nothing really to say. The only time they've never been the bottom house was when sdt and axid came. Cool sisterhood though.)
