Top: phi, chi o, kkg, axo, theta (borderline between top/middle)

Middle: kd, zta, sk, pi phi, g phi

Bottom: dg, axid, aopi, sdt

Obviously some are better than others.. And some on the same tier can be interchangeable depending on the girls you like.. But generally this is it. Every house has hot girls. Every house has some crazy ones. Every house has a good sisterhood in their own way. The houses toward the bottom of each tier can be borderline on the tier below

I don't think you can put all 5 tier one houses on one line or all middle tier houses on the same line. The truth is every single house in each of those tiers isn't interchangeable.

The houses on the same line could be interchangeable depending on personal preference but simply ranking on looks, the houses listed first are slightly better than the next on the same line.

Tier 1
1. Phi/XO
2. KKG/AXO/Theta

Tier 2
1. Zeta/KD/SK
2. Gphi/PiPhi/AXiD/DG

Tier 3
Aopi/SDT

Will the spring really bring that many changes though? Each house seemed to go over capacity with pledges. Well, except for sdt / AOPi at least

rankings are right, but yeah within the tiers there are obviously drops in between houses, like the huge drop from phi and chi o to kkg, axo and theta. same with middle tier

I agree with first comment... its just as unfair to compare a phi to an axo, a KD and a pi phi and dg and sdt...5 tiers for sure
