Now that theta chi is officially gone who will take their place?
Rankings right now are:
Pike
Sigma Chi
SNU
Fiji
SAE or Delt Sigs?

I'm not even going to include lambda in that because they will be homeless next year

Lambda took the DKE house. But maybe they'll tap into their bank account and buy Theta Chi, who knows.

I'm in a tier 1 sorority and I can say that we love SAE. My friends in other houses feel the same way: they're attractive, classy, and fun. Go ahead and accuse them of self-ranking but it's the truth. Once they get their house and even more numbers, I definitely see them competing with pike and sigma chi during rush.. They already do

SAE has socials with phi, chi o, kkg, theta etc. they dress nicely, the guys are pretty good looking and i can only see them getting better once they have a house, especially a brand new one. yeah it sucks that they will be all the way on harrison but i think they already have a decent foundation it won't matter.

SAE for sure. Delt Sigs is a solid house don't get me wrong but they aren't top tier material, not good enough relations and not as selective

Wasn't SAE always on harrison? From what i've heard, they were a top house before they got kicked off campus, so if they're good, they'll be good, I doubt location will change that.
