is it safe to say kappa is now solidly a middle tier house on par with the definition of middle tier, KD?

I'd say Kappa is upper mid tier along with Theta. Sigma Kappa, KD and DG are all pretty much the same now and Pi Phi and Gamma Phi are rounding up mid tier houses. Chi O and Phi are upper tier. Can't decide about AXO.

DG are you high?? Definitely equal or below pi phi and SK is barely above g phi. Zeta and KD are top middle with theta .. You suck

Ok Kappa and Theta are the best and AXO Zeta DG SK PiPhi and Gphi all suck. Is that right?

Chi O and Phi are just so much above everyone else, the frats don't even want to look at any other houses.

Phi and XO are on a completely different level. AXO, Theta and Kappa are still top tier but just not as good as those top two houses. Then i'd say it goes Zeta, KD, SK who are top-middle. And then it goes the bottom-middle and bottom tier houses that don't really matter. Kappa didn't do that great these past few years but they are not on the same level as KD, but more like Theta and AXO.

Maybe we should just have phi and chi o and get rid of all the other houses since the rest all suck anyway and don't matter.

to the "yeaaa" comment, they are just a lot better looking and much more consistent than the other houses on campus. instead of just maybe 20 hot girls in the whole house with a mix of unattractive ones as well in other houses, about 98% of the girls in phi and chi o are very attractive. those two houses have been the top two for a few consecutive years now and have continued to do well in recruitment. AXO and kappa are #3 and #4 but they still can not touch phi and chi o.

Honestly who the hell wants to rage with some girls with "great personalities and sisterhood" when Phi and Chi O are so ridiculously good looking. The "yeaaa" girl is probably about 5'1 240

There are 26 frats and 13 sororities. Odds favor the girls regardless of tier.

alpha phi, chi o, kappa, axo and theta are the only 5 houses that matter to top tier fraternities. the rest of the sororities mostly hang out with middle tier frats. next years recruitment will really determine where kappa fits into the rankings

Phi, chi o, AXO, kappa, theta, KD, zeta, SK

As always next year recruitment could change it up.

Strongest pcs of this year were chi o, theta, KD
Kappa did horrible

Theta did terrible! AXO fall 13 > Theta fall 13. Chi O had a couple really hot girls but the rest are just okay. KD did really well

Phi is still number one, chi o had a better fall 13 though. A chi o is easily on par with Kappa or even better considering the past two years. theta is still going downhill. KD is getting better and zeta is also strong. the bottom half is irrelevant

calm down middle tier sororities. just because kappa hasn't had the greatest PC's these past two years that does not automatically put them onto your level. yeah, they aren't phi or chi o but they sure as hell aren't on the same level as KD or Zeta.
