reliable ranks have more than 3 tiers, this is a good order but in no world should sk/kappa/phi be lumped with kd/axid/zeta. just too different

Agreed, order is good but tiers should split after phi and after gphi

Move theta down. Make theta, sk, kappa, and a phi upper middle. Middle should be zeta KD axid and g phi.
