top tiers dropping

Are Kappa Alpha Theta, Kappa Kappa Gamma and Alpha Chi Omega not top tier anymore? I heard they all really had a rough recruitment this year.

well kkg did poorly this year because they didn't know how to submit the list of girls they wanted to panhel correctly so they basically just got legacies and a bunch of randos...bright girls.

Phi and XO are significantly better than the rest of tier one but I would still consider them top tier. It's just like the fraternities, there's 4 houses who're considered tier one but two of those houses are much better than the other two. Also they all attract different types of people, for example an AXO wouldn't really fit in theta and someone in snu wouldn't fit in sig chi.

I heard the kappa mix up was not true. plus they still had a decent pledge class.
