new houses

So beta, sae, alpha sig, phi delt and axid are all new to campus. Are any of these houses going to make an impact or are they all going to be perennial bottom tiers?

None of these houses matter..Sig Chi and Pike are the only ones people care about

I'm a Fiji, I'd have to agree that Alpha Sig is a baby us. I'm on the water polo team with a bunch of them and it's practically like looking at our house 3 years ago.
