new houses

So beta, sae, alpha sig, phi delt and axid are all new to campus. Are any of these houses going to make an impact or are they all going to be perennial bottom tiers?

They all aren't actually new. They were all on campus at one point or another, but got kicked off. SAE is just a colony. Phi Delts=wack, AXD= chicks, and beta used to be a huge party house way back in the day, but they are nerds now.

SAE - will be pretty prevalent next year with their house, making moves fast with sororities (girls love them)

Alpha Sig- will also be prevalent once they move into a bigger house, also making moves fast with sororities (girls love them)

Beta- Nice guys but haven't used their new house to its potential..could do better with recruitment and socials

Phi Delt- Who's this?

AXiD- lots of nationals help, wont have much of a beginners struggle

Alpha Sig has their unofficial house on Mich. Ave with the big red letters out front, they're a couple houses down from GPhi

First off who is Phi Delt? Beta will be like a AEPi in popularity and numbers. SAE will be the dominating new house by next year, they are likely to be compared to Sig Chi or Pike. Alpha Sig will be like a FIJI or Delt Sig by next year.

Completly incorrect in the whole alpha sig. Small house and small numbers, can't be a legitimate fraternity in this campus without a real house. And they don't have one, it's basically an annex house. Don't think they will go far at all, maybe dchi/psi u level. Nothing special. You need a house to be legitimate here, that's what's going to kill lambda over the next few years. Agree with the sae prediction, and I think phi delt will benefit from having a nice house but will be like there chapter at Michigan, nerdy well behaved guys who can't drink at their house

I'm going to have to counter argue and state that although SAE (60 some members) will be fairly successful, they will need to stop living in Sigma Chi's shadow. I do however believe that Alpha Sig (45 some members) will take a little more time to become successful, they need to move into a bigger house to grow. Both have a lot of potential to be prominent houses soon but need to work on there own respected flaws.

We've had one on ones with both SAE and Alpha Sig, they both are fun houses to go to..they're completely different and incomparable. The only thing they have in common is that they'll both do well

have the SAE's here even gone initiation? I thought they were a colony, which means they aren't even official members of SAE. So they they will be dominate next year is literally saying a bunch of pledges will run greek life... Yeah not seeing it.. Plus there house is falling apart, and not fun to be in from a girl's view.
