Who cares about rankings. Everyone is in a tier, deal with it.
Stop self promoting because it is not going to help you tier 3 houses.

Not so sure it's the tier 3 houses that self promote except for maybe Pi Phi. The other tier 3s have few posts, like 80-90 as compared to Theta with over 300 and Phi with nearly 200. Tier 3s are ok with who they are and as a result are some of the nicest people in the Greek system. It's the top tier houses that feel the need to self rank and back stab each other. Like the rankings really matter.
