Anyone heard about these guys, yet another new fraternity

Pretty big fraternity, with some history. Nationally relevant in terms of size (think Sigma Chi SAE Lambda Sig Ep or Beta). Good respectable fraternity most places. Have historic ties with Delta Gamma.

They will be taking the SDT house from what I understand. They undercut Lambda for it because it was their original house and there was something in the contract that if they had the money they could beat out anyone. So basically Lambda is homeless and a bunch of GDI's stole their chance to remain relevant.

Lambda was trying to purchase the house that Phi Delta Theta originally built in 1931. Phi Delta Theta was at MSU from 1873 to 2003. When Phi Delta Theta's MSU charter was revoked in 2003 they retained the right to first refusal when they sold that house. There was no undercutting, just Phi Delt retaining the primary right to the house they built in 1931.

Guess we can say goodbye to SDT when phi delt takes it back. Very happy to see lambda not getting it, couldnt happen to a better oup of guys...

I heard SDT has a plan for housing once Phi Delt takes over. Might be a few years though. As long as Lambda isnt relevant the situation works for everyone.

what about lambda's old house on Collingwood that was turned into apartments ? or the halfway house on MAC? I heard axid is taking aopi instead

With SAE, alpha sig and beta all doing pretty well I have a feeling phi delt is gonna be the dud of the new houses. They can have fun with sdt's house it worked out super well for then
