fraternity comments

there's 2 strong houses, SNu, and a bunch of lower tiers. losing SAE and SigEp has sucked. It's up to houses like Fiji to get better, or the entire greek system is going to blow.

SNU has really good looking guys. They might not be preppy like sigma chi and pike but their style aside those guys are just as hot as the other two.
They just need to have better social events and stop only hanging out with girls from their high school.

the greek system blows because few guys come out to rush, and even then the quality is pretty terrible. The sororities have no problem recruiting. Tier two houses defiantly have to step it up, but really Sigma Chi and Pike at a real greek school wouldnt even be that great

I'm sure plenty will disagree, order within the tiers are pretty debatable. But those are the tiers. Really no one below AEPi (T3) is relevant. 11 relevant frats, kind of like how theres 11 relevant sororities. Anyway, I'd also say Theta, Lambda, and Fiji are on the rise while ATO and SNu are on the decline.

I think this coming fall rush will be the big indicator of which houses are improving and which are going down. If certain houses do well, then I think their will be some big changes in the tiers.

Personally I dont really think that lambda has improved much, they are just seem to promote the most in my opinion. I would agree that all of those houses are in the correct tiers with the exception of Fiji just because they're new. But I would argue that the order in the past list could use some changing.

I agree with the list, but I also agree with the person below in bumping Fiji down to 3. I'm not sure why they get so much love. They're not really that much fun from what I hear and people look down on them because they're new which means they still have guys that nationals paid to join. Maybe they're getting better though. I'd also agree that theta and lambda are improving also. Neither are top house material but maybe in the next few years.

Pike and Sigma chi are top, its just a fact as much as people may not like it. Fiji is second tier, they are on the way up big time. ATO is tier 3 if we are being honest. Lambda self ranks like it's their job, they do not own their own house, and when SAE comes back they will be out on their as.ses no matter how much they have improved.

While I agree with the top I dont really see any gap between Snu and the rest of the second tier, my personal thoughts on the order. Disagree if you want.
