Just curious, why do people hold SNu and ATO in such high regard? Maybe I just haven't seen their good sides.

Delt sig should be in the second tier for sure.. Much improved. And SNU and ato are living off their old reputations. Ato more so than Snu. Atleast Snu still has dcent pledge classes and somewhat tries

My personal thoughts on the tier in order:
This is takes into account old reps and new reps, there a few fraternities living hardcore off of old reps and there are fraternities being held back by old reps. I think this is the most honest list when you take into account both.
1: Pike, Sigma Chi, Sigma Nu
2: Delt Sigs,Theta Chi, ATO, Delta Chi
3: Lamda Chi, Sigma Pi, Fiji, Aepi
4: AGR, DKE, Psi U
5: Farmhouse, PiKap, Triangle and the rest

Pretty honest if you ask me, although I really think Fiji is much better than delta chi in most if not all categories

I think Yeah is right, Delt Sig is tier 2, not 3. but I think Lambda is better than Delta Chi, I would switch them. Fiji is also better than DChi IMO. But I think they're debatable for tier 2/3. SNu is ONLY tier 1 because of old rep, they should be 2. ATO I'd say is just barely tier 2 still because they hang out with good sororities. My personal honest thoughts. This is more based on now and moving forward than old reps.

the last list posted has it right. order is always pretty debatable within the tiers, but even the order they have it in looks decent.

yeah the order in the previous one seems okay to me, might bump lambda down a little bit in the order but i still think they're a lower tier 2. Sigma nu is prolly still a tier 1 if you take into account old rep but it is safe to argue they have dropped of the most besides ATO
