Beta better than Delt Sigs and Lambda? I would say that's a little questionable seeing how those two houses have strong relations with top tier sororities and Beta just got back on campus. Having said that, welcome back Beta

Delt Sigs has strong relations with top tier sororities? Yeah, Zeta and SK are definitely top tier. DSigs were the kids who weren't cool in high school, came to college, and traded their Guitar Hero for Sperrys. Try hards.

SK and Zeta are better than no one beta. Its not a little questionable, Lambda is good for now, but once they lose that house they are really going to be in trouble, Dont think anyone knows what their plans are, has anyone met any betas? the kids suck worse than delta chi, going to take them a few years to even try and rebuild.
