Houses going downhill:
ATO
SNu
Pike (not as bad as the other two, but you can see they're starting to decline)
Sigma Pi (not too far to go, but I used to think of them as at least lower tier 2, now barely better than DChi)

Houses going uphill:
Fiji (they're still Sigma Chi's little bro though)
Lambda Chi
Delt Sigs

Indifferent:
Sigma Chi (staying high)
Theta Chi
Delta Chi
AEPi

I agree completely with the person below, just want to add despite having a small greek life it is still tough to break into the top tier without one of the top tier houses getting kicked off campus

Sigma Chi, SNU, Pike, ATO (needs to step up), Theta Chi, Theta Chi, Delt Sigs

Tier 2: Fiji, Dchi, Sigma Pi, AEPI

tier 3: lambda, dke and all those other kids.

you obviously hate lambda chi, and are a brother in theta chi. im in a sorority and lambda chi is easily top 5 houses on campus. Heres the truth about frat rankings:

Top houses: Sigma Chi, Pike, Lambda, Snu.

Second Tier: Delt Sigs, Fiji, Dchi, Theta Chi

Third Tier: Rest.

This is coming from a girl in a good sorority, not some guy trying to make his house look better then it is, while bring another house down (lambda), that is easily a top 5 house.
