Why is Sig Ep so underrated? I think they're still hot and throw down...

they're not that underrated. they still do a lot of stuff and they still have hot guys. they just fell after almost getting kicked off a couple years ago. they're just not at Sig Chi level like before.

We have an awesome time at sig ep, same level as theta chi

I think Sig ep has potential of being a good house again but for that to happen, they need to get a real house. Same goes for SAE.

Sig ep will probably be stuck where they are for awhile, sae will be a top house when they get the house back, as unfortunate as that is for the rest of the middle tiers that are trying to get better, namely lambda. Theta chi and delt sig, along with sae have the best chance if being in the top. While psi u could make it into the middle tier with a few good classes

SAE will be stuck with the Sig Eps, Delt Sigs, D Chis, and Theta Chis of the Greek community. Standard msu geedy diverse group of try hards.
