Is it hard to get in a top srat if I am out of state?

I am going to be an incoming freshman and want to get into a top sorority, is being out of state going to make that difficult? Coming from WI and my sister was an XO

the out of state factor only really matters in southern greek life, a lot of MSU greek life is out of state

the majority of ppl at msu are from michigan so if anything being from out of state is an interesting fact that will make you stand out more. the key to rushing is holding a conversation and being memorable enough for the girls you talk to to want you back
