not a pi phi spam (finally)

Since pi phi is blowing this site up and trying to claim they jumped 4 spots within a week, let's clear this up. Sorry pi phi, but nooo. New rankings with Fall 13 in mind.

I really want to drop KKG and AXO lower because they didn't do so hot but I cannnnnot put Theta any higher and KD is not upper tier yet, nor is ZTA.

I'd say it was tied… but Phi has had a much hotter pledge classes than chi o for the past 3 years and are consistently hot. Phi has been the top house at MSU for the last 3 years, hands down. Ask any other fraternity guy and they would but Phi before Chi O anyday. Chi O is second without a doubt but not #1 no matter how much they want to be

Phi is better than Chi O… everyone knows that. Chi O's are spamming this site hard, y'all had a decent fall 13 pledge class but overall phi is much much more attractive.
