not a pi phi spam (finally)

Since pi phi is blowing this site up and trying to claim they jumped 4 spots within a week, let's clear this up. Sorry pi phi, but nooo. New rankings with Fall 13 in mind.

I really want to drop KKG and AXO lower because they didn't do so hot but I cannnnnot put Theta any higher and KD is not upper tier yet, nor is ZTA.

Agree with comment 1, houses changed but in no way is theta below zeta and kd , no way is pi phi below dg gphi and sk, and no way kd is that high your list is f'd up

Legacies isn't always a bad thing. Zeta actually did really well so it really didn't hurt them.

legacies mean nothing you only have to invite them back on philanthropy day and then they no longer have legacy status, so it only helped those houses to have legacies because they got the hot ones

KD did do very well. Not top tier yet though.. Theta is still tier one but AXO is debatable

As much as it sucks to admit it, KD did very well this year and could probably be moved up.. Especially with theta and AXO on serious decline. Zeta got a pretty good pledge class too..Pi phi isn't above SK though.

i would say theta and axo are on the same level now, with theta having such a terrible fall '12 and axo having a decent fall '12, when before i would have said axo > zeta
