REAL sorority ranks and WHY

Tops: axo, aphi, chi o
These houses continuously have great numbers during recruitment and have the most active social presence. However, aphi seems to be falling in the ranks as of late.
High Mids: Theta, kkg
Known for being “trendy” really sweet girl with good social presence as well. not quite as social as the top tiers but often social w the same frats. Basically these houses are interchangeable with the line above some years.
Middles: axid, sk, zeta, kd
Still great houses to get into and are sought after my pnms. But unnecessary drama between the houses keeps them from climbing the ranks. these houses need to learn to stop bashing each other and stop self ranking. sk and zeta seem to think they are above kd and axid which is false and makes them look desperate by saying so. Still these are good houses that are social and have strong sisterhoods.
Low mids: gphi, dg
still good houses w amazing ladies but they mix w lower tier frats and aren’t as put together as the houses above. these houses need work but are still fun houses to be in! gphi has a beautiful house too!
Bottom: aopi, sdt
cute houses but lack the social presence and appeal of the houses above them. not as sought out by pnms and need to work on building better sisterhoods. houses seem to focus on “academics” which is a good fit for some pnms but not what everyone is looking for in a house.

It surprises me that zeta still gets ranked above kd considering the quality of their girls keeps going down whereas kd has a a great last couple pc’s

Kd and axid social with all the same frats, and zeta and sk social with almost all the same ones so it makes sense they’re all together
