Elite: SNU, SAE (There’s no question here)
Top: DKE, Fiji, Pike ( DKE is trending up and could def be elite very soon. ( Pike and Fiji are trending down due to recent issues and setbacks)
High Mid: Theta Chi, Psi U, Delt Sig (All of them are slowly trending up due to good socials and successful rush recently)
Mid: Phi Psi, Alpha Sig, Phi Delt (Decent frats, none will leave mid anytime soon though)
Low Mid: Phi Tau, Sig Pi, AEPI, Beta (Could see AEPI in mid by next year if they play their cards right)
Bottom: TKE, TDK, Pi Kapps, FH, Skulls, Kappa Sig (Need drastic improvements, TKE/TDX has the most potential to move up next yr especially if someone loses a house)
