Spring 20 Top 10 Ranks With Descriptions and Trends

SNU (up) - Top house for sure. Just in the last couple of years it has surpassed SAE. Not much to say girls love this house even though it's small
SAE (down) - Best looking house on campus. Due to issues with their nationals hasn't been doing too well. Nevertheless still hangs out with top tier sororities
DKE (Up) - DKE has been steadily moving up these last semesters. Great brotherhood Great house Great parties. Honestly has a chance to pass SAE in the near future
FIJI (down) Had a rough first semester due to probation. Luckily had a really good first semester rush but lack in numbers with spring class. They have a really nice house but are losing it in the next couple of years but it seems as they will be fine due to having a solid group of guys
PIKE (down) Has notably been going down had a really bad rush come spring. Still considered top tier for now, but slipping fast.
PSI U (up) Last couple of rushes have been good. One of the nicest houses on campus. Used to be considered mid tier, but steadily rising as they are socialing with top tier sororities.
Theta Chi (same) Top Mid tier frat. Has been stuck in this spot for years. Usually socials with upper mid tier sororities sometimes low top tier. Nice location for house.
Delt Sig (same) also belongs in the top mid tier position. Had a good rush last fall. along with that they had numerous renovations to their house last summer. The house is in a bad location though
Phi Psi (Up) Took over Delta Chi's house. Had a good rush the last 2 semesters. Mid tier but may move up to upper mid coming fall.
Alpha Sig (Up) Mid tier fraternity as of now. Solid rush for both fall and spring. They are taking over the manor as of now, and they may be able to move up tiers because of this.

All Pike dudes just stand in the corner and talk amongst themselves at every party. I’ve literally heard this from about 10 different people

The goal for all SigEp chapters is to actively shift the paradigm in our facilities to promote an environment that is focused on academic success and away from the stereotypical fraternity environment. Chapters should renovate their facilities to remove bars, large open basements with tile floors and other structures built around the consumption of alcohol.
