There’s a lot of misguided information out there so to clear it up this is what most everyone that’s in greek life thinks currently
A phi/chi o/axo
Kappa/theta/sk
Zeta/KD
Axid/gphi/dg
Piphi/sdt/aopi
most controversial rankings cleared up:
-zeta has fallen from this years PC, but they’re still a solid upper house that socials w/ top fraternities. don’t understand all this hate going on but this is still the truth.
-pi phi’s gotten better, but nonetheless still a lower tier house that socials w/ lower-mid tier fraternities. no hate
-KD has made a lot of improvements so I say it’s only fair they live up to an upper mid house. desired by a lot of upper mid fraternities.
-axid has gotten better this year too, but not enough to go up in rankings. still a solid mid tier house.

Popular opinion based on last few pnms piphi higher tiered then zeta and btw hangs with mid ter upper tier frats truth can hurt
