fraternity rankings and explanations

Upper Top:
1) ΣΝ- Sigma Nu: steady trend. Largest chapter at MSU and steadiest relations with top houses.
2) ΣΑΕ- SAE: Downward trend. Decking pledge class qualities, but still top house. Best house on campus.
3) ΦΓΔ- FIJI: Downward trend. Currently on social probo. Have been in trouble frequently in the past few years. Could be losing their house soon.
4) ΠΚΑ- PIKE: Heavy downward trend. Used to be undisputed top house. Other houses have since improved. Socials are on the dull side and their brothers have a reputation of getting in trouble.
Lower Top:
5) ΔΚΕ- DKE Upward trend. best darties on campus. Lost some momentum this year, but they can still use downward trend of the houses above them to their advantage.
6) ΨΥ- Psi U: Slightly Upward Trend. Have been improving sorority relations consistently.
7) ΘΧ- Theta Chi: Steady Trend. Have remained as a reliable house for years.
Upper Mid:
8) ΔΣΦ- Delt Sig: Heavy Downward Trend. Poor socials and brothers have seemed to stop caring. Might be replaced by Phi Psi and Alpha Sig by next year.
9) ΦΚΨ- Phi Psi: Heavy Upward Trend. After a poor first semester, this house has managed to get it together. They’ve improved sorority relations tremendously. Will be a house to look out for in the future.
10) ΑΣΦ- Alpha Sig: Upward Trend: similar situation as Phi Psi. New house is confirmed and it will definitely help them out. Another house to look out for.
Fraternities below the top 10 have very low/ no social relevance.

Pike has consistently had issues for the last three years. Fiji has consistently has issues this year and is losing their house when Sig Chi comes back for 2021-2022 academic year. DKE's socials in the spring are literally unmatched. 6 on 3 concerts, 5 on 2 concerts.
Undisputed top 3 are SNU, SAE, & DKE right now and you are smoking crack if you think otherwise.
