desperate enough to lure girls in by talking about getting wasted with frat guys. sad.

You can't really judge them since they don't have any members yet, but the house seems promising. I went to the meeting and they have a TON of great ideas, very organized and motivated to get the house established quickly. I heard ONE person during rush mentioned parties, but they didn't say anything to me or anyone I talked to.
