You can't really divide all the houses into three tiers only. There's a huge difference between phi and theta, zeta and g phi, DG and Aopi. For example, even if Gphi were to get the best PC of the middle tier, they still wouldn't be up to zeta's level.
A more accurate ranking would be
Top Tier
1. Phi/XO
2.KKG/AXO/Theta
Middle
1. Zeta/KD/SK
2. Piphi/Gphi/DG
Bottom
Aopi/SDT/AXiD
The sororities on the same line could switch spots based on how fall 13 recruitment goes.
Note to all PNM: this is strictly based on looks. However there are pretty girls in every house and you should pick the house you click with best, otherwise your greek life experience will be a waste.
