house with the least stoners?

Thinking about rushing this fall, I'm looking for a fraternity that likes to have fun but values character. I'm not into smoking and I think people who smoke too much are annoying. I know a lot of people smoke and even most my friends do but which house is the most stoner free?

just check out the middle tier houses! i think theyre the best because they have guys that are top tier worthy and mid tier worthy and theyre easier to get along with.
