You are not going to get any real information here. If people say they are great people will say it is a self ranking zeta. If people put them in bottom tier it is a self ranking KD or axid. Coming here is just asking for trouble but maybe that is what you are trying to do.

You dropped those houses early in recruitment didn’t end up getting a bid and now you want a cob from those houses you dropped early. Yeah good luck with that!

most sororities will be COBing because older girls drop since it’s lots of $$. don’t talk if u don’t know

Because it’s true. A lot of girls in all houses drop their senior year. By that point they have established relationships and don’t want to attend the meetings etc or get fined for not going to things. They are busy looking for jobs, interviewing etc... zeta is not alone in this situation.
