Lambda isn't bad I just don't feel as comfortable there. Personally I'm more attracted to the other "good" fraternities, everyone has their own opinion though.

^^ agreed. even with kkg and axo not doing great, theta has especially gone downhill. thetas middle tier. Gphi bott tier without question.

Pretty close. Move kappa alpha theta up. Easily a top tier. You could also make a case for Lambda moving up based on quality and same with theta chi based on numbers. Snu you could move down. Delt Sigs are borderline tier 3 with the mix in that house. Aside from that its good.

Pretty sure putting lambda chi and quality in the same sentence is an oxymoron. Middle tier because they are going to be homeless and don't have quality like Fiji. Theta chi has numbers but not alot of quality and a nice house that they get to keep, I'd give them top of the middle tier. Personally id bump theta to bottom of the top tier and throw axid in with the bottom tier. Lots of room for movement this year tho, makes Greek life that much more interesting

Lambda have the quality but I agree the house thing will make things interesting with them. Fiji are like lambda, only a little bit more goofy but in a good way. Not the biggest theta chi fan.

I agree with this. Theta is debatable top tier but in reality their last pc pretty much did it in for them..lambda is middle tier no questions. Some houses might tank recruitment this year while others might do very well so we'll just have to see what happens

Ew, not at all.
Zeta isn't close to AXO and piphi is barely above DG. You can't combine houses this much when there's such variation
