by: TruThe tiers haven’t changed. Did some houses improve? Yes. Did some houses not do as well as in the past? Yes. That doesn’t make tiers change. Tiers change when return rates of houses change and when their social schedule changes. Celebrate the fact that your house is improving. Don’t get hung up on the “tiers”. That takes time and consistency in recruiting. Focus on enjoying your house and your sisters.at the end of the day that is all that matters and all that you can control.

This is so true. Tiers are largely driven by frats opinions. We all know we can’t control frat boy mentality. I am a senior and when I went through recruitment so many girls dropped completely when they were dropped from the “upper houses” which was so wrong. The mentality has shifted which is a good thing. Girls are more open to all houses which is great for everyone. The “lower houses” are definitely improving and making quota which makes us all stronger. Don’t obsess over what tier this site says your house is. Most of the people on here don’t know you or your sisters. Don’t let some random stranger define you or your house. Let it go.
