From what I saw, Pi Phi, DG, Gamma Phi, AXID, SK, KD and Theta were pretty much the same level. All above Zeta, but I don't care for the vibe in the Zeta house anyway, so that may be personal preference. Kappa didn't seem any better than those, but I know they seem to be more popular so I suppose Kappa is more difficult to get into.
