Tiers don’t really change with one pledge class, either up or down. You have to have several consistent years of sweeping bid day or missing the mark to make an actual change up or down. Remember there are still three other pledges classes of girls in the house that aren’t going anywhere. When I was an active 10+ yrs ago these were the tiers and it doesn’t look like much has changed so get over yourselves that you think one pledge class will rocket you to the top.
