Where are you getting your information? Number of pnms cut is not the houses choice. There is a whole formula involved so just curious what your basing this off of?

This formula is based on return rates of chapters over a period of years and it is pretty complex taking several factors into account and typically is not public knowledge. Just because girls in your group or floor or whatever didn’t get certain houses back doesn’t mean those are the ones with the most cuts.
