mid frat tiers rush

Phi Psi: most potential with their new house. Still has some weird guys but could fix that this fall. Haven’t had any crazy socials yet with the new house but expecting them to climb with more frats dropping. A good fall semester could lock them in at this spot.
Phi Tau: had a horrible spring class and semester but have been bouncing back this semester with all the other things going on in Greek life. The Ranch is a great tailgate spot. Definition of quality of quantity but one pledge class away from going back to their spot before losing bogue.
Alpha sig: would be above but news of them losing the house, then making up the manor is extremely sketchy. No clue what’s going on because it went from homeless to manor back to homeless. Also heard from sorority girls that their socials have been horrible this semester. Stay away
Sig pi: canceled
Pi Kapps: best of a bad situation. Moved up because of other frats getting kicked off and incidents. Bottom of the mid tier because of default, good brotherhood.
