rush tiers with the future in consideration

Top tier:
1) SNU- top house and they’re in a stable spot
2) SAE- have gotten in trouble but they will rebound
3) FIJI- consistently top. There is concern about sig chi’s return but no doubt they can lock a house down
4) DKE- stable housing and great sorority relations
5) PIKE- have been slipping but they have stable housing and still have good sorority relations

Upper Mid:
6) PSI U- consistent and stable
7) THETA CHI- have had troubles with MSU, but they seem to have put that behind them.
8) DELTS- have been slipping into irrelevancy but hopefully they can bounce back
9/10) PHI PSI/ALPHA SIG- new additions, so tough to rank them. Both houses have bounced from being joke houses to actual contenders. Both have snagged top 5 houses. Expect to see them rise together.

Mid Tier:
11) PHI TAU- quantity over quality. There is a doubt as to whether they can keep consistent housing with their small size.

Note about mid tier: every house below Phi Tau is on risky footing. It seems that the number of relevant feats has been precipitously dropping and I’d rush the following with caution:

12) SIG PI- consistently middle, however they’re dealing with a few allegations.
13) BETA- losing their house and don’t have too many upsides atm.
14) PI KAPPS- have always been around this level.
15) SKULLHOUSE- new housing and addition of old D chi’s improved them from bottom tier, but still something to be wary about.

Below mid tier is when you start to see mostly open party/irrelevant houses
