pnm question for yall

I don’t get why Zeta is being ranked similar to the two lowest tier sororities on here. They may not be top but I felt very comfortable in their house and the girls I met were beautiful and social. This did not strike me as a low tier sorority. Is there something I am not seeing?

Good, it should be attainable. Most girls in my group ranked them low.

They do have a lot of drops. Used to be solid upper mid on the decline a bit but still a middle tier house. People have tried really hard bumping bogus ranks etc... but no where near a bottom tier house. If you like them have confidence in your judgement and if you didn’t rank them low. Your recruitment your decision.
