aphi/chi o intimidated a lot of girls in a my group . I don’t see my self in either but I feel like aphi was better at “rushing” and making us feel special. Chi o just came off as mean/rude. Same with kappa. I see why everyone wants aphi

Tbh I hope it’s as attainable as you say because I would pick Gphi over kappa. Do not get what is so appealing about kappa at all.

I know several girls who went to pref with these two houses in the past so they aren’t that different. Both pretty chill groups. The stereotypes of theta being smart and sk being wild are just that stereotypes. Each have a variety of girls and don’t really fit any stereotype. IMO both are solid choices for pnms.

Theta and Sk we’re trying so hard to.act Like they are the chill houses . My gfs all felt like we were back in high school . Not right fit for us

Except for the location of the house, I like pi phi. Diverse with very attractive girls combined with more average girls.
