I would put phi psi in between upper mid and mid tbh just by themselves. They aren't on par with psi u or theta chi just yet, but they don't belong in a tier with a homeless alpha sig or pi kapps

Phi Tau only have a small number of members the phi tau lambda merge didn’t work well for them
