who has the nicest houses?

Chi Os house is boring and AXO is just not well decorated at all. The prime location in ON M.A.C and I think Zeta and Phi take the cake

Yes if you like over the top grandma old school decorating Phi and zeta are high maintenance.

i had a girl talk to me about the cold dorms when i asked about living in and they said they loved having it... guess it could depend on the person

Talk about high maintenance I’m a pnm and I could give a flying flip what the house looks like ..this is why I am sold on a house that was described “Not decorated enough”

The kappa house looks kinda small from the outside. Maybe deceptive. The pi phi house looks huge, but far. The AXID house looks cool. I was only in them during rush so not sure. I don’t like the gamma phi house. Too much vinyl siding. That may be my least favorite house. I like the phi house from the outside the best. Zeta looks huge too.
DG looks nice, but small next to Pi Phi.
