recruitment cut off day

Are people that sign up on last week even really considered or is it basically too late as most PNMs already been reviewed a bit and houses have a general idea who they want? So basically better to sign up ASAP?

They're definitely still considered, not even a question. A ton of emphasis is put on how the girls are in person and their personality when talking to the girls in the houses
