If you’re not happy with where your house is, recruit better idfk. This is the way it is. (And before anyone involved in the weird drama on here between pi phi & zeta comments, zeta was invited to the 4on4 of top houses in detroit, so even if they’ve been falling they’re not bottom of the barrel.
