Looking at houses return rates, what place they rushed, and who they socialize with here is a non-biased, fact based rank going into Fall 19
Chi O/Aphi
Axo/Kappa/Theta
Sk/Zeta/AxiD
DG/KD
Pi Phi/Gphi
Aopi/Sdt
If you’re not happy with where your house is, recruit better idfk. This is the way it is. (And before anyone involved in the weird drama on here between pi phi & zeta comments, zeta was invited to the 4on4 of top houses in detroit, so even if they’ve been falling they’re not bottom of the barrel. Drop it for gods sake)

idk where exactly this person found them or anything but in general when houses pick the girls they want back it’s what % of those girls come back. so houses who rushed really well last year such as phi, they got back a majority of girls they wanted, whereas houses like aopi didn’t reach their quota because girls didn’t come back
