I’m sure it’s subjective because all three are solid houses that have a long history at MSU.
Personally I feel like KD, AXID, PiPhi, DG and GPhi are equal in prestige and a PNM should choose according to where they feel like they fit in. I also feel like Theta is about the same but probably more difficult to get a bid.

What does that mean I don’t see where anyone is bringing anybody down just saying that certain sororities are gaining strength during recruitment how is that a bad thing?
