Frats paired in slashes are indistinguishable. Fall 2019 rankings if everything goes as planned:
Top Tier: SAE/SNU, FIJI/DKE, Pike
Upper Mid: Theta Chi/Psi U, Delt Sig/Phi Psi
Mid: Sig Pi/Alpha Sig, Phi Tau, Pi Kapps
Lower: Phi Delt/Aepi, Beta/Zeta Psi
Bottom: Skullhouse/Kappa Sig, FH
Everyone else

A Sig is the house with a good chance to reach top next year. Sig Poo is weird and has bad rep with the girls. Phi Psi is trying to clout chase A Sig with their new house, but it won’t mean much in the end. Either way I’d be surprised if SK and Zeta weren’t hanging at A Sig next year, just talk to the girls who hangout there

Try focusing on quality over quantity. That’s what makes a true top house. Also having a physical house helps too, which you won’t have after it gets torn down by The Hub :)
