most people will make fun of you so i'll try not to. Usually top tier frats supposedly have worse off pledge terms. In general, they're all getting easier because people are scared of getting kicked. I can't give you names because those would only be rumors.

But I've heard theta chi, fiji, sae, and delt sigs have a rough one. Wouldn't be surprised if pike was bad either.
